In game purchase refund

Hey,
few months ago i sold my 7ds account to https://www.epicnpc.com/members/crazybow.846497/ and after while he refundend in game purchase and he get that money and now becouse of it i have problems with law. my question is how he even do this, how it is posible and how its work...

He probably did not refund it. What he did was buy a top off service from someone else to get the ingame currency cheaper. then later on the person doing top up charges back all funds he spent or is using stolen credit cards.

It could of been a service @CrazyBow used, which got chargedbacked. Keep in mind you can open a dispute found linked below if you are not able to resolve the issue with the seller.
