I just received a negative feedback saying that I made a deal with them without paying. This is getting ridiculous. This impostor is scamming a lot of people. I just made a deal with a n epicnpc verified member today and it was a smooth transaction. Now I am getting accused of being a scammer AGAIN. Admins, if you think totally deleting my account would solve this problem, by all means go ahead. I will make another account and build positive reviews. People here are not vigilant enough to take extra precautions like making "corporate41" or "Raizen.me" post on their threads before making a deal like I always do.

By making a new account will still easy get you banned again and again so don't act stupid. You got a negative, try to resolve that one and everything will be fine again but if you think making new accounts again and again will be fine then you're completely wrong and by making a new account only for the reason to avoid a negative will most likely lead to a PERMAMENT BAN so that's not a good idea.

All of their sent messages were deleted prior to removing me from Skype contacts, but the Skype name is shown clearly.

You don't know the whole story so don't act like you know everything. Even if I resolve this negative feedback the impostor will still use my name and continue scamming people. I am tired of getting used and accused and having to deal with all this.

I'm a temporarily retired Smod so i got experience in this for sure but if you don't want to listen to me then listen a to mod or Admin because i'm pretty sure they would side with me on this as i'm correct in this point.

Yes I made a mistake by telling people my skype nickname which is "Raizen.me" rather than giving my account name which is my full name. Now the scammer made an account using my nickname as his skype account name. This event did not happen until the past few days. I already posted my account details on another thread showing all my details and email. That "Jay Corp" on skype is the real scammer. Like I said I think it would be wise to just delete my account before the scammer gets another victim. My conscience is clean that is why I am voluntarily suggesting that the admins delete my account. If you guys have any other suggestions I am willing to work out something.

So are you suggesting that I resolve this negative feedback like I resolved an accusation yesterday and let the scammer continue to scam people and me defending it?

No It will not be fine again. Even if I resolve this issue the scammer will continue to scam people using my name and I will be the one getting accused. I am not trying to avoid negative feedback. Like I said you do not know the whole story. Admin EpicNPC is aware of my case. This is not the first time that I'm being accused and I'm tired of it. If I was the scammer I would not reply and make effort of resolving this problem.

You think you're the first person getting impersonated? There are many members that have been impersonated and me myself aswell and none have ever made a second account just to make sure that the imposter won't start again because that breaks the rules and if you do so you break it.
You want to create a thread in Scam Busters warning people that you have a imposter instead of arguing with me here about this. It's pretty sad that you doesn't listen.

Make a signare and type exactly your Skype/AIM name and also write that you have an imposter and also post in your threads that people adds you instead of you randomly adding other people would be a great idea.

As i've said many times in this forum, if you doesn't like to follow the forum rules or listen to mods then don't use this forum at all.

Here are some members threads warning the community that they have a imposter

Do like them and many of other users and make a thread and warn the community instead.
That way you will follow the forum rules instead of making a new account which are against the forum rules.

I have to side with Red on this one.

I'm not saying you are a scammer, and I realize I haven't seen all that has happened. But I'm also seeing zero proof of anything, at the moment.

This is as easy to handle as insisting to everyone that they message you on site first, and to verify a copy/pasted Skype name.

Imposters have been and always will be an issue.

Thank you for the advice. I can definitely do that. I'm just tired and frustrated having to defend myself every time the scammer gets a victim.

Imposters have been and always will be an issue.

Thank you for the tip. I normally message people first and I even post to their thread while we talk on skype since I am always the buyer. I will make a thread in the scam buster section once I resolve this issue. Do you suggest that I change my sykpe nickname "Raizen.me" to something else since the scammer is using it as his main account name?

Yet you continue to refuse to post your actual skype name for people who are dealing with you to use.

I feel like Mike needs to take a second look at the options as this case is extremely fishy to me.

Changing your nickname doesn't really do much, as anyone can change it to anything.

I mean, I could change mine to the.dream, but that doesn't make me Sakura.

Make a sig, put your actual skype in it, and insist people copy/paste. Also, post your actual skype in every thread you make.

Continue to refuse? Do you have a valid proof that I'm refusing to post my actual skype name? Look at under resolved dispute, I posted all my account details there. Yes I understand that this case is confusing and I appear suspicious. That is why I'm doing my best to resolve this case. If you think banning me is the solution for this after you review my case, by all means do it.

Your "actual" skype name is not on any of your sale/buying threads.

Because I never had problems with my transactions until the scammer stole my skype nickname. My actual skype name is my full name which is "ildefonso.quiletorio". How would you feel if you had to post your real name on every thread you make? Yes it was my mistake of putting my real name as my skype username. That is why I'm making another skype account solely for trading purposes as I said on the previous scam dispute thread.

I resolved the Skype username Raizen.me and the IP traces back to a well know scammer who has a dozen banned accounts on this forum, so it appears corporate41 is telling the truth about not being the owner of that skype account Raizen.me.

The issue now is that you corporate41 posted your skype username as "Raizen.me" which belonged to a scammer causing multiple people to get scammed when they contacted that skype account.

Normally when someone's skype account is hacked, they're still responsible for anyone that was scammed during that time. The reason is two fold. One we want members to take their account security seriously. If they know they'll be responsible for their hacked skype or forum account, the hope is they take extra precautions to keep them safe.

Secondly and more importantly, it very hard to determine if someone faked a hack for the sole purpose of scamming people and getting away with it. This is why even if it's proven to be a actual hack, the user is still responsible for the scams that took place. I can point to a hack claims where it turned out the person faked the hacked just to scam a bunch of people.

In your case your skype wasn't hacked, but you posted a skype username that you did not own and was actually owned by a scammer. Unfortunately for you I will be following the same guidelines we use for hacked accounts and you will be responsible for the loses other members occurred.

If I chose to not hold you responsible, that would open the door to similar scams involving display skype names being posted and scammer registering them as real skype accounts.

----------------
As this point no proof has been provided by anyone that was scammed by the skype account Raizen.me, so you do not owe anyone anything at this time.

However if a dispute is opened and proof is provide, you will be responsible for the compensation.

SpinSix your feedback will remain for 48 hrs, but you must open a dispute thread in the Active Dispute forum and show proof of your claim or the feedback will be removed after that.

Thank you for clarifying things for me and for the rest of the people here. I have posted a thread under scam busters about my impostor. I have also changed my skype nickname. So from now on I have nothing on my skype that says "Raizen.me" since that name has been used by the scammer. I will be giving my skype account email to people who want to get in touch with me on skype which is [email protected]. Also, I will be asking people to send me a pm here first before adding me on skype.
