Riot has updated their email verification policies on top of recovering accounts
For unverified email accounts that you were always able to change email, you are no longer able to unless you have the access to original email
For buying ANY account now: The original owner with original email, IP, payment for VP details, can RECOVER the account and you will be scammed
So even if you think you have full access, You dont, unless the owner forks over the original details
