Two different people. I've dealt with people like these before. always double check the seller's storefront or message them directly. Discord names are case sensitive.
PS. Anyone can spoof anyone's discord name as long as they have discord nitro. Nitro allows the user to make any discord name plus discord #tag of their choosing.
