I posted my Genshin Impact account for sale (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/na-ar41-account-venti-jean-2x-5star-claymores.1768636/) and an hour later someone sent me a message on discord asking to buy it for $150 also saying we should use a middleman from EpicNPC.
We did the procedure then when I gave my account info to the Local Mod acting as middleman for EpicNPC (https://www.epicnpc.com/members/notimposter.1158116/) I found out my password had been changed by them and they stopped repliyng me as seen in the images below:

This is impersonators. EpicNPC middleman does not conduct the trades off-site. The next time please contact members on-site to confirm with who you talking.

Responsibility is still EpicNPC, as the impersonators posed to be a legit Local Mod of EpicNPC, even using a link claiming to be the legit Mod.

Why should be responsible? The scam happens on discord we are not discord support. Also, we do not know from whom you are scammed. To trade with people from here you have to use a website private message, not discord chat.

So you say you won't need to take responsibility for people impersonation YOUR OWN Local Mods? Meanwhile people have to search around thousands of forums to find out that "EpicNPC middleman does not conduct the trades off-site"? Should at least make a visible warning. Great service

Do you want us to ban legit people just because you were lazy to contact them on the website and prevent getting scammed? These people are not even MM on the website. Someone comes into your discord chat, show you my profile and you believe that is me. You get scammed and you come here asking them to get me banned. Do you think that this should be fair? Would you ask the same that someone impersonated you?

And do you think it's fair me losing my account for a clear LACK OF PROPER INFORMATION on EpicNPC website? If it's someone impersonating as you, of course it is not fair to get you banned, but then this is supposed to be between you and the responsible for banning, which will have to listen to you and you would present legit proof that it is not you. But it is still YOUR COMPANY responsibility to prevent it from happening, which you clearly aren't doing since there are no visible warnings about offsite transactions.
