What is the dispute about?

I was ready to buy this account above. I told him to buy his account for an ammount of 1000.00$.
Right after that i got a DM on Discord from a guy with username Eagle#6976, he said a Middleman would be no problem.
He said he got a Middleman, but it wasnt someone from EpicNPC, so i said i'd rather have one from Epic, he was okay with that.

So a guy with username GRey#6171 messaged me on discord and said, he would be our MM.
I believed him, because the real Forum Mod messaged me here on Epic via DM and said ''hello its me on discord''.

He also knew, that i was spectating the Account on Epic at what time, so everything looked legit to me!

Did you pay from your bank or directly from your paypal balance? You can clearly see that the person on discord is impersonating staff as they didn't even bother changing their profile picture from impersonating useeds.

With paypal balance, but i allready messaged my bank to withdraw the paymant to paypal.

Open a dispute with paypal or your bank. If the funds came directly from your bank account to pay this transaction you will likely win a dispute with your bank.

Kinda interesting.
Scammer sends message with wrong epicnpc profile(which will be scammed) to moderator in discord, to confirm he is mod. I guess mod has to check who he is talking to as well, isnt it bit unfair when you ask user to follow your user id but do not pay attention to who you actually talking to?
