(Impersonator) Scammed by possible impersonator of Smalldevil94

Sold a Chak Infusion from Guild Wars 2 to who I believed to be Smalldevil94. I'm guessing it was someone impersonating the seller and not the seller themselves.
I am not entirely sure though.

That is not the paypal address he uses here. Also if you look in his threads he has info on what badges he has on discord. This is an impersonator.
