Filing charges things like that.

I will help if I can. Send me details on Skype Sakura see what I can do for you.

There are only 2 things you should know.

1. Location (or aprox location)
2. A name

And than you file a report in your police station.

I hope you have the same luck as i had, i did exactly what Zoefken wroted when i files my police report against a scammed and the police in my country took seriously into this matter and it got to court and i got all the money i got scammed on back + alot more.

Since you live in the US there is a division of the State Police called the "Internet Crime Division". Dealing with local or county police is basically a mute issue. In this case is most likely could exceed felony charges and go federal depending on the case. Be sure to consult an attorney on this as well so you do not end up with egg on your face. The simplest wrong thing you do in these cases to make it or break it.

Good Luck to you and please keep us updated.

What help do you need? Just locating their current address etc? I can probably do that if you have license with ID# and other specifics. Filing charges is easy. Most metropolitan police departments have an internet crimes division that are well versed in this sort of thing. Just need to be able to show proof they were the ones that sold it and then that they were the ones that took it back fraudulently after you fulfilled your end of the deal. $3k is a felony in any state.
