I'm confused as to how I can go about selling safely!

I've recieved an offer of $80 (for my EU account with 80 druid and 72 mage) from the website www.4saccounts.com , this is the first time I've ever sold anything, and I don't understand why they won't just claim I never gave them the account and get their money back?

I'm worried that if I spend the money they'll want it back, and I don't have the money to pay.

Accounts.net offed me $100 but now they say they only do consignment for European accounts..I'm not sure if I trust them for this.

Does anyone know any safe site that buy European accounts?
