Maggie Ge contacted me on 23.11.2020 via Discord and purchased Toram Online account for $30 (with extra $5 as the buyer said). After I received the payment, I linked my game account to email buyer provided and asked him if he can log on account.
Within minutes, he confirmed that everything is fine and we made a successful transaction on 29.11.2020.
Then on 03.12.2020 I got a notification that there's a dispute opened on this payment saying the buyer haven't received the item. I sent the message to buyer on 04.12.2020 using Discord asking him why he would ask for refund if he confirmed that he received the item. Within 24 hours, there was no answer and the buyer have not contacted me since.
I would really appreciate if a moderator would give me an advice on how do you usually avoid such type of scam. Thanks.
