Approximately three weeks after our deal went through, PayPal has informed me this buyer has filed a claim of unauthorized access to "his" account. Whether this is the sellers lame attempt at scamming back his money, or that he actually has used a stole PayPal account (which would be a criminal offense, and I doubt anyone is dumb enough to go to jail over $150) these two buyers/sellers are highly suspect, and I recommend everyone to stay away from them.

 

iliketosell is indeed a scammer, pulled of the same scam on 2 of my friends. First by buying a character than contacting paypal that he never received the item, and another friend.. he took the account... withdrew the money back through his bank account, ignored mails sent to him, luckily FC got the account back. I hope he dies of cancer, I have no sympathy for him, smooth talker on the phone.

But yeah, the fact that he doesn't scam everyone doesn't mean he never does, as it seems. I called the PayPal customer rep today, just to get this done as soon as possible (I don't really care so much about the $150, but the fact that my entire account is suspended during the investigation, which PayPal has kindly informed me can take up to 30 days... So yeah, apology up my [censored].

I had about 47 purchases this weekend alone, I did 3 of them, The total money that has been sifted from my bank account exceeds 4,000$.

When i contacted paypal and told them of this issue they opened an Investigation, I provided them with dates and amounts of purchases i did make, About four people have been contacted, You being one of them, When it is brought to my attention i call Paypal immeditely and inform them they are investigating a purchase i had made.

So i just called paypal and told them your purchase is authorized so you have nothing to fear about reversal etc, So next time before you want to be a forums hero i suggest you contact the person first before you get made a fool out of.

I've done alot of purchases and 1 sale, On the sale i've done which was with Tayu the account was ****** up which was my fault since i never checked it and he brought it to my attention and i refunded him asap, If i was such a scammer i'd have kept the money since Paypal doesn't refund electronic goods so i would have been able to keep the money based on their policy regarding electronically traded items ie; game accounts.

But since i'm not a thief i refunded him which he can back up.

And when all is said and done i'll expect an apology post from you, thanks

Whether this is the true story or not remains to be seen, the money is still withdrawn from my account, and according to PayPal it is still being investigated, and they have (according to the rep I've talked to) not heard anything from you whatsoever.

Your previous history isn't really relevant for me, neither is it for other future persons you may deal with.

If this issue is resolved, I will certainly post so, but an apology? This is wholly your fault, not mine, an apology is not going to happen, whatsoever.

First of all before you go posting my name all over the place for street cred let's lay it all out on the table.

Yes my paypal account did become victimized over the weekend, I have about forty seven purchases over the weekend, [censored].

After i told paypal that they stopped investigating that, It's a big mess and dealing with idiots from Paypal on the phone who can't even follow case numbers makes it even more difficult.

So after your money isn't reversed i'll expect you to make a reply /u/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
