How long does it usually take to hear back from IGEX.com after purchasing Gil? I purchased 20M 3 hours ago from the time of this post. The automated message puts me in the middle of their operating hours but I haven't heard a peep and IGEX.com hasn't logged in since 9/30/15 and we're nearing the "outside" of the normal operational hours for them.

Just curious. Don't know if I should plan to sit at my PC all day hoping for contact or if it'll be tomorrow.

So how exactly does this process work and is it actually from the igex.com website? Because I'm in contact with their website right now and they have no information regarding my purchase and they're completely useless. I have no clue who to contact. I've PM'd IGEX.com on here but he hasn't been on for days. If you're going to endorse a service that claims to be "fast" and "reliable" at least make sure they're true to that. As of right now I'm out $70 until I receive my Gil or recall the payment.

Any help would be appreciated~
 
Yes, I see your order was made during services ours, but has not yet been filled. I apologize for the delay.

We partnered with IGXE, so they deliver the gold to you. I will contact them asap to find out what the delay is. Please give up to 12 hrs for the order to be completed. You don't have to sit at your computer. They will either send you the gold directly ingame or they will contact you to setup a meet incase that is required.

I would rather them contact me to setup a meet. Don't feel like getting banned because they d.boxed 20m to me.

I assume they will contact me on here via PM?
 
I spoke to them this morning and just a few mins ago and received the same story. They will resolve it soon.

This is completely unacceptable to us and I sincerely apologize for the delay. I have added 500 free credits to your account. If the gil is not delivered to you by tomorrow morning we will issue a refund payment to you.
