Call/Email blizzard and demand them.

When they were bought out by Activision (or merged, whatever) they became part of a publicly traded company. Federal law requires disclosure of information like that from publicly traded companies.

And if Blizzard refuses...tell them your lawyer loves stuff like this. But for those who didn't notice, there is a TON more information they give out now about everything.

Blizzard will do exactly what Markee does when you make legal threats. Stop talking to you and direct all further contact to their lawyers. If you do manage to secure an attorney he will find out that when you installed the game you agreed that blizzard can lock or ban your account at any time for any reason.
