I am not saying he is a scammer but i am just having this here in case he is.

almost 2 days ago now i hired him to power level 2 toons in return for one 72 priest.

he has 19 posotives etc. but he hasnt started work at all.. i have put 3 months on his lowerping.com account and he has done nothing yet. if this continues i will post the aim logs that show that i did the payments and he agreed to the PL

again i am not saying hes a hacker.. just posting in case

I'm just saying that every time a legit member is accused of scamming, they either have actually scammed, or they claim their account/s were hacked/stolen.

I'm involving myself because I purchased an account from him and it was recalled, hence adding to the OP's concern.

Might just quickly like to relax the OP's concern and say that yes, lowerping.com is a legit and trustworthy site. I live in Australia and WoWs latency can get quite high, so I've been using lowerping for about 5 1/2 months now with no issues.
