If someone merged my account with theirs

Someone merged my account with theirs after we had traded temp. to see if we like each others chars.

How do I break this merge?

Get to the representative

1)He/She will ask your first/last name.

Give first/last name on account

2)He/She will ask you for an email address

Give her the email address that was on your account before it was scammed/merged

3) He/She will ask how she can help you

State you tried logging into your account and it said that it was the wrong login and you got keylogged, state you have cleared your computer of any virus's/keyloggers.

He/She will unmerge the account, create or put the account back on your bnet or create a bnet account for you.

4) Done
