Just e-mail blizzard saying someone tricked you into scamming your account from you, and that you'd like it disabled. They need to photocopy the real credit card with the name and everything and mail/fax it to blizzard to get the account re-enabled. Very easy to do, just did it to all the people who scammed me and they got pissed
