I do not have a bare minimum of what your account should have so feel free to offer!! My dream skins are Viper and ACE but I understand that my account might not be enough for that.
I would appreciate if you had an acrobat, prisoner, prospector and a seer skin, since those are the characters i happen to main atm!! but its okay if you don't. I also main Axe boy.
