ID Verification

I've submitted my ID more than 24 hours ago and it hasn't been approved. IS there a backlog or did I do something incorrectly?

You purchased the Pro Seller upgrade, there is no ID requirement for that. Our Verified upgrade requires an ID, but you did not purchase that.

I'm trying to. But it makes me submit an ID before I can purchase it.

Yes, you have to submit an ID image first, then phone verification if you don't have it (which you do, so it will skip this step), then payment.

I've already submitted the Id before though. It just hasn't been approved yet. I'll go do it again I suppose

I found the issue, it was my fault. The image size was a little too big and the failure message isn't very distinct :/

I fixed it though!
