ID Failing to Upload When Trying To Upgrade My Account

Hey so I'm new around here and I've been trying to upgrade my account to Level 2 so I can bring my business here, however its failing to upload my ID - I've tried multiple times in 3 different browsers. Any way I can arrange to email it or something? Thanks, ShameLess.

I've just had this happen to me as well...


You need to resize your image multiple times, and keep saving it as a GIF. The file size has to be under 500kb.

If it fails it's too big. As misterTuggles said it has to be 500 kb or smaller.
