Banned - Multiple accounts - Previously banned - ListenToTheRain

I couldn't created an new account here ( ListenToTheRain : BANNED ) Reason ? i was banned in D3sence nick "Listen" by Moderator Tracky. like 2 years ago due to misunderstandings which i didn't bother to clarify becuase Tracky dosen't has skype that time and so i didn' has chances to explain myself.
My D3scene nick 'Listen' has sold multiple sc2 accounts with so many positive feedbacks. Also,in ValiantChaos and Long and Beaving ( LB ) , i am a respectable VIP member doing donations whenever i has some spare cash to support their hardword + efforts.
To prove my sincerity,i didn't even change/reset my static IP and my rounter's IP , i has alreadly prepared to become a Verified EpicNPC member with my ID and driving license attached.
My Question : Do i deserve a chance to become a Verified member here to prove myself i am not a scammer ? I can even a deposit a $100usd here.
Pleaes dop me a pm if my IP can be unbanned so i can go nad upgrade my account to a Verifed Member.
