I want to trade a WoW account but not sure if I should

Well the person that wants to trade me has an account w/a authenticator and says he will remove it before trading, so I'm wondering if it will interfere when I have the account?

It's your call. As far as I know, accounts can always be recovered, unless there's something I don't know. Who is the person you're trading with? I would use caution. If they're like you, and just joined this forum with no reputation or identity verification, I wouldn't trade with them.
