Because I didn't make it. Is there any way for me to prove that I didn't?

My behavior is completely different than the other guy. My record is clean. The other guy is known for scams, it seems

I have siblings, and we have a family computer. does that mean anything?

I have friends, and group projects from school. which happen on the computer. on my internet. does this mean anything?

I left a PSA in the puzzles and dragons section because thats where I post most of my stuff.

Also, if the join date is almost the same, shouldn't it have been banned right afterwards instead of me going online today and finding out it was banned just a few weeks ago, when it was created almost 4 months ago?

The account was not banned for scamming. It was closed.
Yeah, if you create another account under the same ip our multiple account detector will be triggered.

Im sorry, accounts listed on our "multiple accounts" page can't be removed.

Then if there really is an IP check, then how did it even remain active for this long before being banned? The most recent activity is 5/25 of this year, and it was created in february

It's not based on IP address. The same device was used on May 25th to log into both accounts.

Consider me confused. Technology isn't perfect, therefore I give up.

Technology is not perfect? there is no flaw in it picking up multiple people using same device. It is indeed your ip matching on both and other accounts. share post ip addresses. whether you logged in at a friends house or they at yours. Or at work.
