Why are you looking to buy one and not create it yourself? First of all, you will gain a lot of experience and learn more about working with the audience and how to accumulate followers naturally. Secondly, you'll be sure the users are active and engaging. When you buy an account, there are high chances that at least half of the followers will be both or inactive users. There is not much point in either of them. I once tried to share the best professional led light therapy machine with such an account, and I've seen how fake some accounts can be.
