Please do not waste my time or yours, no scammers. There are way too many of those on these websites. I do not want a nearly maxed th 9, maxed means maxed. walls, troops etc...
Being a th9, I do no want spend a fortune....so let me know.. paypal mm is fine.

TH 10 are tricky... the majority are rushed. Walls and defence is a must...
