I no longer use my Gmail email and will be deleted permanently in a week, so I created a new account with my apple mail but support suspended it due to multiple accounts.
I do not see why they can't delete my old account (this account), or at the very least transfer my apple mail ([email protected]) to this account, which is still using my google email. I have sent them emails regarding my concern to no avail. I did however get a reply that said I needed to pay to change my username from Hercule 888 to my real name markaznar - which I much prefer for transparency purposes.
Moreover, even if I could afford to change my username, the email will still be Gmail, which I won't have access to in a week.
Can anyone help me, please?
