Paypal uses a massively low exchange rate from the actual USD price in the black market due to the bad economical states of Egypt right now

No one will do a Paypal to crypto exchange. That's too risky.
We would have to charge a big fee (15-20%) on top of the TG fee for it to be worth the risk, but even then most MMs won't take it.
