Well I screwed up pretty bad here since this is my first time selling an account. Someone messaged me on msn after I made a post to sell my US account. He said he wanted to buy it. We talked and after I showed him the char and said he had epic flyer he offered 400$. He payed, the payment said completed, understand that he sent 400$, I didnt send a request or anything I didnt know what to do. He got all my info and stuff, Now a dispute was opened by either paypal or him, it is still being reviewed, how long will the review take? He said he told paypal that the payment is legit but it is still being reviewed, can someone help me and tell me what is going on?

Hmm. He might be messing with you, as he might of used a stolen Payal account to pay for your character.
I would definitely call the number (if you haven't already) attached the the Paypal account that he/she paid from. If you verify that the Paypal account is indeed in the hands of the rightful owner, then he's opened a dispute in an attempt to recall his money.
