I just got scammed trading my level 60 warrior....

What you are going to do is...
Call up Blizzard. Tell them you have been hacked. They will ask for your name, and phone number, tell them the name and phone number registered to the 60 Warriors account. They will then want some proof that the account is yours before they do anything.
They usually ask for the e-mail address, and the secret question & answer. If you don't have these, they ask for like the last 3 digits on the currently used game card or credit card. Give it to them, and with this, you can get your e-mail & phone number changed, along with a password reset.
I think CD-key works too, not sure. Good luck nevertheless.
