Well this is my first time selling a WoW account and its my original and everything... I didn't kno how to do this whole selling business...so I just trusted the person....the scammers aim is Dorothee44 and the email is [email protected]t after i gave the secret question answer i look on my paypal and the transaction was put on hold... im so scared right now plz help...i'm scared im not going to get the money and im scared that they can get into my other personal stuff i dont kno!! just someone help me plz =(. i still have the emails from blizzard for changing the account info but being as stupid and naive as i was i didnt save the chat log from aim.. plz help me!!

Well you can start off by recalling your account asap. Just call blizzard at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD asking to immediately return your email to your original. If you find anything missing just send an email to [email protected]. Provide them with your "info" on the account. If worse comes to worse the account might be locked, then you'll just have to send/fax a photo ID.

Whenever trading, buying, or selling, always collect some information about the person you are dealing with. Such as a LANDLINE telephone number, name, address so you can verify who they are. If people do not want to give you that information then move on, because the legit people usually have no problem with it. That way if there is ever a problem, you can call them and solve it.
Also if you are selling items and using paypal, I recommend INVOICING them through paypal. If you click "Request Money" and "Create Invoice" you can make it that way. It's like sending them a bill. Inside that invoice, insert a little disclaimer basically stating that they are buying a Virtual Item and that it is non refundable. That way if they recall their money, you can call paypal and they will side with you and send your money back. Also tell the buyer to add their "Shipping Info" (name, address, phone) in the notes of the invoice, so you have that for yourself as well.

Im sorry for your loss, but tbh i cant feel any sympathy for you, theres TONS of guides on this site about how to go about safely buying/trading/selling, i suggest you read them before you think about trading again
Also when talkin on aim ask them to post in your thread, then do a search on this site with that aim name and MD name to se if they have been reported as scammers.
I just met dorothy last night, and i made a scam post here right after its just a few threads below this one.
Try to read how to guides, im no expert and im almost affraid to sell me account to anything but a reseller now.
