I just got scammed and have no idea how!

I just got my paladin scammed out from under me. I even knew the sq/a and phone # and email on the account. I actually recalled it before trading it just to see that it worked. I traded the guy soxredundent on aim and he must have somehow changed the email or phone # or something. I plan on calling blizzard tommorrow and getting it back though.
