I received your message on Amazon and thought you wanted to cancel the whole transaction, so I already cancelled it for you and refunded one. I refunded both fees now.
Sorry about that. I didn't realize there were 2 fee payments based on your Amazon message. In the future, it's best to use the "contact" page (footer link) to open a support ticket and say you made a dup payment and want one refunded.
