So for anyone wondering why the accounts are so cheap, it's because he is a scammer. both these accounts are not his as he states that the account belongs to a "friend" and he is help selling them. after communicating with the "actual seller" it is clear that he doesn't have the account as he refuses a mm and doesn't provide anymore photos besides the ones given of the champs. Please do not contact him or trust his words as he likes to lie constantly.
