A user by the name of xaxarux scammed me for $25 promising me a global prime account. He said he's going to take a shower, meanwhile Ill send him the money. I did, and then he blocked me on discord. I know you're gonna say "but hes banned why would you buy from him" he was not banned at the time I checked his account. There's no refund option on paypal, there's something but its nowhere near close to a refund. Can I please get help on how I can get my money back?
