Feedback will only be reviewed or investigated if one of our Trade Guardian services were used.

Trade Guardian was used:

  • Link to the feedback you received.
  • Provide the TG # for this feedback.
  • Explain why you are disputing the feedback and why you want it changed or removed.

Trade Guardian was not used:
If the communications was offsite, we will only accept video evidence, no screenshots.
  • Proof of sale will be requested.
    • Buyer can show they sent payment.
    • Seller can show they sent the item or provided a service to the buyer.
  • No further investigation will be conducted.
  • Upload the video to Youtube (unlisted) and provide a link to the video in your dispute.
Once we confirm an exchange occurred, the feedback cannot be removed. The buyer and seller should try to reach a compromise or resolve the issue on their own.

If proof of sale is not provide, the feedback will be removed.

the buyer did two logins in a succession and triggered the 24 hour cooldown and called me a scammer
 
  • Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
    • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
    • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
    • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
      • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
Please provide proof the feedback is false.
 
here is evidence that he knew he made a mistake and "tried" to delete the review after the misunderstanding but still didn't to this day
