hi, if you are reading this i already appreciate your time and would like to say thank you up front. my problem might be easy for you all but not for me and so i ask for assistance, my problem is that i cant recover my account and they put an ownership dispute and i dont want to put my drivers liscense or somthing of value that someone can take as identity theft and so i need my CD key instead. this is a problem as well because i cant find it and so i need to find it on my computer and have no idea where it is. now if you do thats where you come in, if you can post where to go for it on here, id really appreciate it and if you want to you may even contact me on aim as well. or if you need more detail on my problem i can explain on AIM as well, id also be willing to give you a BC key for your time and effort towards helping me, so please contact me as soon as possible.

Say your account was keylogged and everything got changed email etc.If you have cd key can you retrieve it?

The original Cd-key u need can either be the one you activated your BurningCrusade account with or the one you activated your non-bc WoW account with. Id reccomend though you send in something such as a goverment bill that has no real value except your name and adress stuff you could get from the phone book . I good one I used when recovering was a power bill I just ripped off the top half where it had its logo and stuff and blizz accepted it no problem. Id trust blizz on identity because if they were to mess up million dollar law suits would be all over them.

unless you are using a gamecard.. blizzard already has all your CC information. I wouldnt worry about them seeing your lisence

My account was also keylogged as well and email as well.So if I have the burning crusade activation key that will work?And if i send some bill or something showing that the adress on the account matches mine?

If your account was keylogged and you have the activation key you will most likely be able to get your account back. but if it was not keylogged and you tell blizzard your reason was you might not be able to recover the account. You can probably trust blizzard with your information, it will be highly unlikely they will do much with it except verify who you are.
