I found a previously banned scammer [1S3Man]

Last time, I reported a scammer "Bloodbladeproc" (Discord: puresteel#8156) as posted here:

And I found that scammer made a new account "1S3Man" (Discord: 1S3man#8156) and post a new thread:

I am sure he is the same person because I am still tracking his discord ID since I got scammed.
You can see the same message log in the attached screenshots. (puresteel#8156 -> 1S3man#8156)
