I effing hate LG

So two months ago my expensive arse LG fridge went out and quit working. I called LG and they said to call a repair shop. So I did, and setup an appointment. The day of the appointment an LG service tech shows up out of nowhere, so I have to call and cancel the repair shops service call.

Anyway, the no english speaking LG tech fixes the fridge, and leaves. Now two months later it is doing the exact same thing. I call them, and explain I just spent $300 on groceries and that this is unacceptable. They tell me to unplug it for four hours, and if that doesn't work to call them back.

Yeah I went off on them. The service guy from the repair shop i called shows up and says the error code it's showing has nothing to do with what LG fixed the first time they came out.

So now after the warranty expired I have to pay for this, when it should have been fixed the first time.

actually this happened to me once :/ went on vacation to Hawaii, my LG fridge messed up and wouldn't keep things cold. i came back 2 weeks later to a fridge with rotting meat and other produce.
