I create infinite money through the many easily youtube-able online money glitches for GTA online, Such as selling the same car over and over without losing it etc. Why would you buy GTA online money with your real cash when you can just glitch it yourself in seconds for free? and to let you know if somebody gives you 1bil you will treated as a cheater having free money handed to you is just as illegal in this game as glitching it yourself so it's no different.
