I cant rate others

Hello admin/moderator,
I suddenly found that i cant rate others today.
I usually click others postive score then i will see the bottom"submit someone's feedback" ,however the bottom seems dispeared at my end today

Heya, I'm not a mod but try clicking the + sign where it says "iTrader Rating Statistics" and there should be a button that says "submit feedback for XRiVaL." You can find the + sign on the far right side.
