I can't create topic in "WoW - Power-Leveling - Boosting"

Hello. I have payed 10$ to get 1 year verified acc (it was 26.03.2018) but i still can't create topic in "wow boosting" section =( Help please

p.s. also i don't have any PM here on forum (and on email too) after payment
