I cannot see any thread contents or conversation. Help.

As you can see, I can't see anything. Even my conversations in the inbox is like this.

I've already contacted the support once with nothing coming out of it. Please help.

This is a known problem with no solution other than to change your IP address. Sorry.

how do I easily change my IP address?

Its different then the last time you posted, did you change anything? Hard reset your router by unplugging it for 30 minutes should then give you a new ip.
