I can’t delete my thread

Can an admin delete my thread? I can send the link in private

If there are replies from other members, the thread is not eligible to be deleted, but can be closed.

It says “If the thread was reported, you can delete the thread once the report is closed.” I reported someone that promoted his own stuff on my thread long time ago and that promo comment got deleted already since around a month, but the report haven’t been closed by an admin though.
