I bought from a banned seller

They refund scammed a person(s) and failed to resolve the dispute, deleted their public discord (though we traded via EpicNPC website), and not able to be contacted anywhere else.
I still have the account but I'm not confident in keeping the account any more ever since he was banned.

I paid via G&S thankfully and it hasn't been 6 months yet so I still have the ability to win a dispute.
Since he has been proven to be a refund scammer and has been banned from EpicNPC, I find the account worthless even though the devs has not taken action on it yet.

Two wrongs don't make a right, but is that voided since he's banned? Especially since he ran off with hundreds or thousands that victims paid via F&F

What would you do in this situation?

Note: I bought the account more or less a month before his ban

You are allowed to dispute the payment to recover it. Once you have it back, you should send an email to the seller with the login info. Once you recover your payment, you can't keep boh the account and payment. However if the seller was banned for selling hacked accounts, then instead of returning it, you should randomize the password and/or email and leave the account as is so the original owner can eventually recover it.
