I bought a sticky thread but i don't see it in the advertising section. And if i bought it from credit card instead of paypal i have activated a sort of subscription or no ?

It is not a recurring subscription. 5 days before it expires you will get a notification asking you if you want to renew. You can then either renew or let it expire.
