Bitcoin transfers are completed after 6 confirmations, and each confirmation takes 10 minutes on average, however if there are so much load on the system, it may take longer.
In some "really extreme" cases, even possible from 30 minutes to 13-15 hours per 'confirmation' which means= from to 3 hours to 5 days for the transaction to be completed, but as i said, these are really extreme cases.
By the way, you can track your transaction if you got url link for track, but as you seem worry about your transfer, you are not given the track url link probably...
My advice =
So if you think something gone wrong, you better contact with a guy who is responsible for withdrawal transactions or the support team

I can't give that track link because it is given by 'sender' 
you should ask for it to check your transfer status. It's like shipping track number but url form... you know...
If you can get it, you can check if there is a transfer order to your wallet address or not..
