I had an approved offer, paid the middleman fee, and account info was already sent to the MM when the seller suddenly canceled, claiming he got a better offer. I was never even given the chance to raise my ALREADY APPROVED offer before the deal was cancelled. This was completely unprofessional. I won’t deal with someone whose word means nothing. I’ll be looking elsewhere, and I advise that you do too.
