What is the dispute about? account, money, service? Possible scammer, uses same email as an already banned scammer
Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Added on skype to chat about a cs account, comfirned a deal he provided me his paypal email so I then checked it out fond out that it was used by another scammer so he's probably a scammer and told him to jog on because I'm reporting him.
