you are mistaken.

 

I might be mistaking but All The epic flying mounts fly at 310% speed now a days.

 

it is physically impossible for a level 70 to have 310% flying unless they got a mount that gave the training prior to the change

unless this toon has a pre-4.0 Ashes of A'lar or Glad mount, it doesnt have 310
