Scammer got $50 from me but Ill get it back. Tries to sell a 62 mage named Iceyz on Tichondrius server.

I got scammed about 1hr. before this person... I gave this person a reasonable doubt and gave the person some extra time to come up with the correct account name.

When I look at my time logs, it shows that this person was talking to both of us at the same time... this would explain the gaps in time in the conversation I had with this person. I filed a dispute and the seller IMMEDIANTLEY escalated it to a CLAIM...

I am going to have to call PAYPAL and present them with all of the evidence or I will be declined the refund. I yet to know wether or not this will work due to if your read paypals security about page. 13.8c states any dispute raised to a claim can only be for TANGIBLE items... this excludes any and all DIGITAL MEDIA. This scammer is smart (from what i have seen) but this is in fact the first time i have ever been scammed... and personnally it makes me not ever wanting to do a trade ever again....
