If they refuse to use a middleman even though you are paying for it, it is a clear sign that they are trying to scam you.

Just a quick note if you're planning to buy: the seller was supposedly scammed by an EpicNPC mm, meaning that he/she is uncomfortable w/ using one, and also will (understandably) not go first.
